The music and audio recordings on this site are released as free music with full sharing permissions for non-commercial usage.  This means that you may download the songs for free, copy them and burn them on CD or DVD for free, share them with anyone through any website or file-sharing system for free and play them for free - with a few simple conditions:

1. The music must remain free and non-commercial at all times.  You may not sell it in any way, and you may not use it for any kind of commercial purposes unless you obtain a commercial license from the original author (see below).

2. The proper credits (artist name, song title and the URL to the music section of this site, http://ExtensionEnsemble.com/audio.html) must be given to the original author at all times whenever the music is used for any purpose, or shared with others.  The file names and the ID3 tags should not be altered if the music is re-distributed.  If you for example use a song on a DVD production or as background music on a website, you need to show the artist name, title and URL somewhere close to where the music is played, to make sure that anyone who is interested in the music can find more information in an easy way.
